Hsing Qi is a name that dates back to 380 BCE and is one of the original names for the practices that later came to be known as Qigong in the 1930's. I use it here to denote the ancient and ever-evolving work of living one's art, recognizing each act and each moment as a an expression of the cosmic flux of all energy. One of the main goals of a disciple of Hsing Qi is to make each act, each moment, conscious and skillful.

On this site you will find information and resources about my healing services, teachings, and explorations. Over time I will be also adding material about my personal practice and musings. I will offer enough information for readers to get a good feel for my personality as well as my values. I will also share stories and comments from my students and clients where fitting.

This site will no doubt evolve as we do over time. Its core mission will remain the same, however. This is a site for those interested in alternative & complimentary healing, physical & psychological well-being, and the authentic cultivation of our highest human potential.
